I'm Daniel, Sous Chef to Chef Caesar!
I'm originally from Lakeland, Florida, but now live in Horseheads, NY which is in Upstate NY or The Finger Lakes Region.
I'm bisexual, married to the man of my dreams, and have two grown kids. Although I don't have empty nest syndrome - we have three small dogs and three cats! Not to mention we share a house with Chef Caesar for now.
Unlike Chef Caesar, food is a new passion for me. I didn't have a strong culinary upbringing - my mother's meatloaf could've been used as a weapon. LOL
In addition to working with Chef Caesar, I'm a published author of GLBTQ romance. I enjoy drag shows, wine and chocolate tastings, long drives, and home improvement projects. You know - in my spare time!
